Deliverability
Communications → Deliverability lists every email address that has bounced, been refused by the mail provider, reported a message as spam, unsubscribed, or is being held back by the suppression list — across campaigns and system email — with what the receiving mail server said about each bounce and who the address belongs to.
Customize System Emails
Goal: Put your affiliate's voice into the automated emails the system sends on your behalf — password resets, staff invites, event registration confirmations, and more.
Opt-outs
Communications → Opt-outs lists everyone who has asked not to receive a kind of email or SMS: which kinds, when, how it was recorded, and why. It is the counterpart to Deliverability. A bounce is an address to fix; an opt-out is a choice to respect.
