Send a Message

Send messages to a single recipient, a custom list, or a saved segment.

Compose a message​

  1. Go to Communications → Send and click New Message.
  2. Choose the channel and (optionally) a template.
  3. Select recipients by tag, segment, or manual selection.
  4. Personalize merge fields and review the preview.
  5. Schedule for later or Send Now.

Best practices​

  • Test with a small internal group before large sends.
  • Stagger large lists to avoid deliverability issues.
  • Honor unsubscribe and SMS opt-out preferences automatically applied by Ayuna.
