Track Delivery and Engagement

Every message Ayuna sends is logged so you can measure reach and respond to issues.

Per-message stats​

Open any sent message to see:

  • Delivered, bounced, and failed counts
  • Open and click rates (email)
  • Reply and opt-out rates (SMS)

Per-recipient history​

A recipient's profile includes a full Communication History tab showing what they received and how they engaged.

Troubleshoot deliverability​

  • Bounced addresses are flagged on the donor or volunteer profile.
  • Repeated bounces automatically suppress future sends to protect sender reputation.
  • Use the Deliverability Report under Communications → Reports to spot trends.
