Assign Homes and Projects

Once a family is selected, link them to a construction project and home.

Create the assignment

1. Go to the family's homeowner record.
2. Click Assign Project and choose the project.
3. Select the specific home or lot.
4. Set the target dedication date.

Track progress

The homeowner record displays:

• Project phase and milestones
• Sweat equity hours logged
• Education classes completed
• Communication history

Closing and dedication

When the build nears completion, use Schedule Dedication to set the date, generate invitations, and prepare closing documents.
