Assign Homes and Projects
Once a family is selected, link them to a construction project and home.
Create the assignment
- Go to the family's homeowner record.
- Click Assign Project and choose the project.
- Select the specific home or lot.
- Set the target dedication date.
Track progress
The homeowner record displays:
- Project phase and milestones
- Sweat equity hours logged
- Education classes completed
- Communication history
Closing and dedication
When the build nears completion, use Schedule Dedication to set the date, generate invitations, and prepare closing documents.
