Run Selection and Eligibility

Eligibility verifies that an applicant meets your affiliate's criteria for need, ability to pay, and willingness to partner.

Configure criteria​

Under Homeowners → Settings → Eligibility, define:

  • Income thresholds (minimum and maximum)
  • Household size requirements
  • Residency and citizenship rules
  • Other affiliate-specific factors

Score an application​

  1. Open the application.
  2. Click Run Eligibility Check.
  3. Review automatic flags and add manual scores.
  4. Mark the application as Eligible, Ineligible, or Needs Review.

Selection committee workflow​

Approved-eligible applications can be moved to Selection. Use the committee view to compare candidates side-by-side and record final decisions with rationale.
