Process a Sale

Ringing up a customer takes just a few steps.

Add items

  • Scan a barcode, or
  • Search the catalog by name or SKU, or
  • Use the Quick Add tile for tagged items

Apply discounts

Use Apply Discount to reduce a line item or the entire transaction. Discount reasons are tracked for reporting.

Take payment

Choose a payment method:

  • Cash — enter the amount tendered; Ayuna calculates change.
  • Card — present the integrated terminal; the customer taps, swipes, or inserts.
  • Other — check, gift card, store credit.

Receipt

Print, email, or text the receipt. The transaction is now closed and reflected in the drawer total.
