Build a Custom Report
Custom reports let you answer questions specific to your affiliate.
Start a report
- Go to Reports → Custom and click New Report.
- Choose the data source (e.g., Donations, Volunteer Hours, Sales Transactions).
- Pick the columns you want to display.
Filter and group
- Add Filters to narrow the result set (date range, tags, status, etc.).
- Add Groupings to summarize (e.g., total donations by campaign).
- Add Sorts to control row order.
Save and share
- Save the report to use it later.
- Share with teammates by setting visibility on the report.
- Add it to a dashboard for at-a-glance access.
