Build a Custom Report

Custom reports let you answer questions specific to your affiliate.

Start a report

  1. Go to Reports → Custom and click New Report.
  2. Choose the data source (e.g., Donations, Volunteer Hours, Sales Transactions).
  3. Pick the columns you want to display.

Filter and group

  • Add Filters to narrow the result set (date range, tags, status, etc.).
  • Add Groupings to summarize (e.g., total donations by campaign).
  • Add Sorts to control row order.

Save and share

  • Save the report to use it later.
  • Share with teammates by setting visibility on the report.
  • Add it to a dashboard for at-a-glance access.
